We keep your email address and use it to send you the LYZEN newsletter. You receive one welcome email straight away.

To unsubscribe, reply to any of our emails or write to us. We then stop writing to you.

We ask for your first name, last name, work email, company (optional) and country, and we note which report you asked for. We use this to email you the download link and to understand who reads our research.

We may write to you about that report or related LYZEN work. Requesting a report does not subscribe you to the newsletter.

The download link in the email works for 30 days. You can request a new one at any time.

The details above are kept in our own database, hosted on Cloudflare, the provider that also hosts this site and runs its forms, and with Resend, the email service that sends our messages. Like any host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the pages and keep them secure. Both may process data outside your country.

We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to anyone else.

This site sets no cookies and loads no analytics, advertising or social-media trackers. Our own form handlers log only whether a request succeeded, never what you typed.

Your browser remembers, for the current visit only, that the opening animation has already played. That note never leaves your device.

We keep newsletter addresses until you unsubscribe, and report requests until you ask us to delete them.

Write to [email protected] from the address concerned and tell us what you would like: a copy of what we hold, a correction, or deletion. We will do it and confirm.
